Kainulainen zu seinem Weggang: "Leaving Evergrey was a hard decision to make. I loved the music and the company! But after two years, it felt like nothing was really happening with the band and there was never any concrete plans. The atmosphere in the band was good, but I would like to play live more than what they were actually doing."
Über sein Engagement für KILLING MACHINE weiß der Finne folgendes zu berichten: "Peter (Scheithauer - Killing Machine Guitarist) made contact some time ago and told me about Killing Machine and their future plans and he gave me a few samples of their music. Lets just say, it´s straight out metal and I loved it.! And then it was decision making time, so I ended up leaving Evergrey and joined Killing Machine. I'm really looking forward to getting on the road with the guys. What's more is I get to play with a drummer who gives the Duracell bunny nightmares!"
