AARON GILLESPIE (THE ALMOST, Ex-UNDEROATH) hat mit "We Were Made For You" den ersten Song aus seinem kommenden Soloalbum Anthem Song veröffentlicht. Das Album erscheint am 08. März 2011 via Tooth & Nail/BEC Recordings.
Gillespie hat das Album in Seattle mit Produzent Aaron Sprinkle aufgenommen. Hier ein Statement des Sängers zu Anthem Song:
"I've always wanted to make a record like this. The Almost is a rock band, and we didn't want to mix the two styles. I have this desire to see our generation worshipping God. But a lot of people I get to meet through music—kids with tattoos and swoop over haircuts—don't think of worship as 'cool.' I want t hem to find a home and a vocabulary to experience this kind of music."
