Earache Records verkünden stolz, jüngst die kanadischen Thrasher Annihilator unter Vertrag genommen zu haben. Ein neues Studioalbum (das mittlerweile dreizehnte) soll nächstes Jahr veröffentlicht werden. Ebenso werden einige ausgewählte Scheiben aus dem Backkatalog wiederveröffentlicht.
ANNIHILATOR Gitarrist Jeff Waters kommentiert den Deal wie folgt:
"Finding a label home for Annihilator in Europe has never beendifficult. Finding a good, professional and stable one, that reallyknows metal, is another matter. We found one! Earache and Annihilatorare going to make a great metal team and I can't think of anyone elsethat should be putting the new Annihilator CD out but them! See youall in 2010!"
Earache Records Label Manager Dan Tobin:
